    Not Sure if this is the right place to request a red curb for no parking at 930 Blackwood Rd. I have been in numerus close call accidents when traveling north on Red Maple Dr. and turning west on Blackwood Rd. (Left turn). A vehicle blocks the view from cars traveling east on Blackwood Rd.

    I live at the 600 block of East J St. Chula Vista. I would like to report constant vehicles speeding at the 600/700 block of East J St. The bulk of the speeding occurs Monday through Friday between 1500 hours and 1800 hours. (Return home vehicle traffic) Vehicles are traveling at a high rate of speed. Motorcycles have been riding seen riding"Wheelies" from the top of the hill all the way to Paseo Del Ray Road. Because of the high rate of speed in the area the roadway is unsafe for pedestrians, bicycles, and other vehicles. This unsafe vehicle issue needs to be regularly addressed. And not just a "One and done" deal. Drivers have been speeding in this area for an extended period of time (Years). It's taken me a long time to file a report, but I'm filing one today.

    This truck has been parked over one week, has not been moved. It's not abandoned but belongs to a resident at the end of the cul-de-sac. Neighbor complained to them to move it and they just moved it to another part of the cul-de-sac.

    This vehicle has been on public street for over a month and as you can see from image, there is no back tires. There are other vehicles on shared property lawn and premises that don’t even have license plates. This residence is being used as an auto shop and different vehicles are always dropped off and being worked on street. Sanitation trucks and Delivery trucks are also affected by this issue as it is sometimes impossible for big trucks to drive through the cut-de-sac due to the number of vehicles illegally parked from this residence. There has been several complaints filed to the city of Chula Vista regarding this residence illegal activity on fixing vehicles on street as a business and not a hobby. I hope someone can take action on this matter.
