Last month on 12/3 (first picture) and accident occurred when my husband and I pushed the button at the crosswalk to cross Old Milton Pkwy. coming from the park to cut through Marietta St. Today, the same thing happened when a neighbor tried to cross after pushing the
flashing light button (second picture)
The crossing flashing light is not adequate for how much traffic is on Old Milton Pkwy. and needs to be changed asap to something more intense.

I would really like to see a 4-way stop at this intersection (Roswell St and Marietta St). It would slow traffic on Roswell St between Milton Ave and Old Milton Pkwy. I live nearby and there are accidents at this intersection almost weekly. Everyday, drivers on Roswell St go way over the speed limit and the cars coming up Marietta St either do not have time or they assume this is already a 4-way stop intersection, so they stop and then go. We have seen TOO MANY bad car accidents, people injured, car crash into PURE's small building at the corner and 2 cars once crashed into the entrance of Victoria Square. Luckily in these cases so far, no one has been killed, but it is only time. I walk here daily with my family and dogs and the level of traffic and people speeding has us nervous to walk around our neighborhood.
ALSO... Marietta St (between Roswell St and Old Milton Pkwy) - people drive way too fast cutting down this street to avoid the light at Old Milton. There are speed limit radar signs up, and everyone goes past reading "too fast" however it doesn't slow anyone down. I would like to see speed humps on this road which would deter people from cutting down this road at highway speeds.
Please take this into consideration as a very concerned resident.

The business sign is on the sidewalk. The sign is blocking people from walking on the sidewalk. They have to walk around it to get through that area. Every day the business owner puts the sign on the sidewalk. Indie house is the business owner.

for the new sidewalk Crossing the lights do not Flash when Crossing from west to east on the Northbound side. Almost got hit by a car this morning because they did not see the Flasher in the area is dark.

The alarm at this address.Precocious Kids Daycare keeps going off for long periods of time at random times.
It happens in the middle of the night and is very disturbing to the residents nearby.
The police have been called many times, but it never seems to get fixed. It is a noise ordinance for the area...

Tables in front of Butcher and Bree are blocking the sidewalk. The extend past the width of the planter boxes. You have to walk single file along this area of the sidewalk to get through. There is no room for a wheelchair or scooter to get through this is not ADA compliant!-

Delivery drivers to TBB 122 are parking in the roadway and blocking traffic and creating safety issues. It's close to the intersection of Marietta St and Roswell St, and as cars turn right off of Roswell on to Marietta they are confronted with east bound cars on Marietta in their lane driving around the delivery trucks. The drivers should be required to use the code required loading space (as they do at Pure right next door) and wheel deliveries from that area to the kitchen without parking in the street. School busses come down that way in the morning at the same when the trucks are often there as there is a bus stop at Marietta and Orchid. Delivery trucks are also turning around in the townhome development.

The Wills Park parking lot in between the tee ball fields and Fields 5-8 is in poor condition. The asphalt is cracked and worn. Parking space striping has faded and is unrecognizable in many instances. When will it be resurfaced and/or re-striped?

The trash can between the parking lot entrance and the building is being SWARMED in bees Not sure if they are attracted to something inside it or if they are building a nest but it's dangerous for pedestrians and cornhole participants
