    Last month on 12/3 (first picture) and accident occurred when my husband and I pushed the button at the crosswalk to cross Old Milton Pkwy. coming from the park to cut through Marietta St. Today, the same thing happened when a neighbor tried to cross after pushing the

    The crossing flashing light is not adequate for how much traffic is on Old Milton Pkwy. and needs to be changed asap to something more intense.

    Delivery drivers to TBB 122 are parking in the roadway and blocking traffic and creating safety issues. It's close to the intersection of Marietta St and Roswell St, and as cars turn right off of Roswell on to Marietta they are confronted with east bound cars on Marietta in their lane driving around the delivery trucks. The drivers should be required to use the code required loading space (as they do at Pure right next door) and wheel deliveries from that area to the kitchen without parking in the street. School busses come down that way in the morning at the same when the trucks are often there as there is a bus stop at Marietta and Orchid. Delivery trucks are also turning around in the townhome development.

    for the new sidewalk Crossing the lights do not Flash when Crossing from west to east on the Northbound side. Almost got hit by a car this morning because they did not see the Flasher in the area is dark.

    I would really like to see a 4-way stop at this intersection (Roswell St and Marietta St). It would slow traffic on Roswell St between Milton Ave and Old Milton Pkwy. I live nearby and there are accidents at this intersection almost weekly. Everyday, drivers on Roswell St go way over the speed limit and the cars coming up Marietta St either do not have time or they assume this is already a 4-way stop intersection, so they stop and then go. We have seen TOO MANY bad car accidents, people injured, car crash into PURE's small building at the corner and 2 cars once crashed into the entrance of Victoria Square. Luckily in these cases so far, no one has been killed, but it is only time. I walk here daily with my family and dogs and the level of traffic and people speeding has us nervous to walk around our neighborhood.
    ALSO... Marietta St (between Roswell St and Old Milton Pkwy) - people drive way too fast cutting down this street to avoid the light at Old Milton. There are speed limit radar signs up, and everyone goes past reading "too fast" however it doesn't slow anyone down. I would like to see speed humps on this road which would deter people from cutting down this road at highway speeds.

    Since it's completion, the commercial building site here seems to be causing an additional amount of stormwater drainage in the Villa Magnolia community that it is adjacent to. This is a particular problem because Villa Magnolia is already suffering from improper stormwater drainage systems due to mistakes by the developer. This will be a separate request.
    The homeowners here believe that the stormwater runoff from 299 S Main Street ste. A, is now directly impacting the homes and homesites and is in violation of the Alpharetta Unified Code, Article 3, Section 3.3.1

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We have no current photos, but when there is any significant amount of rain, a generous amount of water runs directly from the Parcel at 299 S. Main St, and onto the property of the Villa Magnolia Community.

    This debris and the cones have been there along the north side of the sidewalk on Old Milton Pkwy (across the park) for almost a year now. What is the plan for this getting cleared and cleaned up?
    Also, several of the pine trees along the same sidewalk (all the way btw Wills Rd and Roswell Street need to be trimmed back, they are growing over the sidewalk. For that matter, several trees on both sides of Old Milton need to be trimmed back as they are obstructing the sidewalks.
