Notified About

  • Unser Blvd Nw Albuquerque, NM 87114, USA - Albuquerque
    The rest of Unser is two lanes on both sides of the road. What is the point of going to one lane for 100 yards then back to two lanes as soon as Rio Rancho begins? This causes an excessive traffic build-up for no cause and people trying to get ahead of everyone who is already in the continuing lane then expecting everyone to let them in. This is dangerous and I have seen many people go into the dirt because the trash truck or semi trailer wouldn't drop everything and make a huge opening for them.
  • 5261-5299 Lomas Boulevard Northeast Albuquerque, NM - Pueblo Alto
    I have driven Lomas for many years and the westbound traffic from a green light at San Mateo has been clear through the light at Monroe. However, since about a month ago, something has changed in the timing. When the traffic starts from a green light at San Mateo we are now hitting a red light at Monroe, causing all the traffic that just started to stop again. This does not appear to be a coincidence. It happens at noon and at 5pm. Please change it back to keep traffic flowing. Thank you.
  • 529 Morningside Drive Southeast Albuquerque, New Mexico - Se Heights
    RV has been parked there for 4 years with people occasionally living there, hooked up to house utilities.
  • Vista Del Norte Drive N.E. Albuquerque, NM - Vista Del Norte
    I believe most of the speeders in the Vista Del Norte neighborhood are people using it as a cut through to get to the rail runner station or the westside. I walk my dog each morning and can't the believe the speeds some cars are going as they race through the neighborhood. The street Las Lomitas (which leads to El Pueblo/Paseo) is usually where the speedway begins, and gets worse as it moves into the neighborhood. From time to time you see radar, but it is always in the afternoon. Try the morning hours, and please place radar on Las Lomitas too.
  • 8710 Candelaria Road Northeast Albuquerque, New Mexico - Albuquerque
    The residents of this house are seen daily pouring grease and other foods down gutters. attraction Mice and Cockroaches. Also throws rice near median also attracting mice and roaches
  • Traffic Signs Acknowledged
    101 8th Street Southwest Albuquerque, New Mexico - Raynolds
    Many Albuquerque drivers are confused by traffic circles and fail to yield to traffic already inside the circle despite the posted Yield signs. We strongly suggest a prominent sign advising motorists that traffic in the circle has the right of way. For example: "YIELD! - CIRCLE TRAFFIC HAS RIGHT OF WAY! - YIELD!
  • 11200 Overlook Drive Ne Albuquerque, New Mexico - John Robert

    The flood/emergency access route running from Overlook Drive (between 11200 and 11204 Overlook Drive NE, 87111) to Bear Canyon Open Space is blocked, overgrown and appears to be purposely hidden and impeded, creating a safety hazard.

    Last year there was a fire on the South side of the arroyo and the fire department used a similar emergency access route to put it out before homes were destroyed. If the same situation arose near the Overlook Drive access, the firefighters would not be able to get through and property and perhaps lives would be lost.

    The emergency access route has swinging gates and locks, so it was made to be opened. The Albuquerque GIS map shows that this is government land. Nonetheless, someone has planted and watered trees and vegetation and dumped refuse so that the gates cannot open properly. Additionally, someone has welded metal to the gates to prevent pedestrians from using the access route.

    I am concerned because:

    1. Fire, police and emergency personnel will be unable to find or use the access route because of the actions of some unknown individual (but likely the adjoining landowner);

    2. Flood water will not flow freely through the access route because of added vegetation, landscaping and welded metal;

    3. The public, including neighbors from the Overlook neighborhood, are denied access to the open space because of the wrongful and self-focused actions of an unknown individual or individuals who have disguised and blocked access to the public land.

    Thank you for your prompt action to remedy this safety hazard.

  • 414 Morningside Drive Southeast Albuquerque, New Mexico - Se Heights
    no one lives at this address, the "owner" broke down and just left the vehicle there several months ago. Now it's jsut a target like the rest of the property.
  • 121 Charleston Se Albuquerque, NM - Trumbull Village
    Looks like they have broken into the 3rd (the one out of sight from the street) apartment. I've seen the same people going into and out of the rear of the complex many times in the past few days.
    Plus, when is the city going to clean up the trash left behind before? The garbage and trash front and back in the area is most definitely unsightly!
  • 414 Morningside Dr Se Albuquerque, New Mexico - Se Heights
    No one "lives" here yet there is always trash, cat food containers and pigeon feed outside this house.
  • Road Cracks Acknowledged
    Messina Drive And Gibson Boulevard Albuquerque, NM - Westgate Hts
    I was working on an issue with APS requesting pictures. I noticed there were cracks in the streets around the area. The attached image is one of them. Should the cracks be taken care of? Please inform.
  • 11000 Spain Road Northeast Albuquerque, New Mexico - John Robert
    Albuquerque has a traffic congestion problem. why do we continue to cut traffic flow in half by adding bicycle lanes that are used by fewer that 0.01% of the population? Spain is being re-striped from 4 lanes to two lanes with bicycle lanes being added. Nobody asked me or anyone else in my neighborhood. I am not paying taxes to support bicyclists. I am infuriated by this action and I demand that Spain be returned to 4 lanes. Let the bicyclists use the sidewalk. It was good enough for many generations before, it is good enough for them. Bicycles should not be on the streets. Accidents happen, and every time a vehicle meets a bicycle, the bicycle loses.
