    The grass area in between Concord Ave and Newton St is constantly being used as an area for neighbors to allow their dogs to go to the bathroom, very seldom picked up. There are signs that say "no dogs allowed" on both ends of the grass areas, however, it is not enforced, therefore people continue to do it. This should be monitored, maybe a couple fines to locals will get the point across?
