Continuing problems with Homeless camp litter, needles, graffiti and theft.

The 4th Avenue underpass has gotten pretty bad with graffiti, especially on the posts facing the west side walkway. There is also some down int the median. I am expecially concerned that if we don't stay on top of this, it will get worse and worse. People tag on tags, and it becomes about staking a claim, thus turning this beautiful underpass into a constant site of trash and ugliness. I walk down here every night and want to feel safe and proud of my city. I am humbly requesting not only a cleanup of the graffiti here, but also a promise to keep it monitored, because it was fine for years, and now it's growing as a site for graffiti. The word is out, and we need to get OUR word out that graffiti there won't last! Thank you so much!

This is a heavily tagged dumpster located on the east side of this shopping complex just off of N. Ralph Ave.

This is a white tag on the large metal power pole.

All over abandoned apartment complex...
