Tagging on newspaper stand owned by Arizona Daily Star (Lee Enterprises) Emails suggesting that the stand be removed due to the fact that it is only used for storage of papers in the mornings and not for sales to consumers have been unanswered. I suggested the delivery schedule be adjusted so papers can be delivered directly to Walgreens employees each morning thus eliminating the need for the stand which is simply a target for vandals and causes visual blight to the surrounding businesses and heavy residential area.
