238-262 Pearl St Middletown, CT 06457, USA - MiddletownAbout 840-845 this morning, there were three young boys, two on skateboards, making their way down the middle of Pearl St. They were presumably on their way to MacDonough school; many other kids were going in the same direction... On the sidewalk. These boys were swerving from one side of the street to the other, and yelling at cars that dared try to drive down the street! I cringed as they went over the steep hill/bridge, but luckily the oncoming car stopped in time!! These kids are going to get hit by a car.. if anyone knows who they are, PLEASE let their parents know! They ranged in age from 7-12, were African American, and were wearing orange.
