    trash,falling down fences,old furniture on lawns/dumped beside bussiness,over grown grass, falling down homes, parking on grass, useing back yards as GARBAGE DUMP ,empty store fronts/buildings for years,pot hole streets,beautiful rehab belknap,one historical theatre just setting,wonderful used carlots, pawnshops/payday loan sharks,etc etc etc. what happend to home and bussiness pride ? we look like far south hemphill. pride starts with city hall / bussiness / then home.

    City dug up the ASPHALT street to repair a sewer leak and then filled the hole with large GRAVEL instead of ASPHALT. Cars slide on the gravel when going over it and large gravel is in all of our lawns now and all over the street. This needs to be fixed correctly. This is not a country road.
