THIS IS THE SECOND NOTICE I HAVE SENT. THE FIRST WAS A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO. THE LOCATION IS A GARAGE. INSIDE THE FENCED-IN AREA, THERE ARE MANY BAGS OF GARBAGE AND TRASH. ALSO, MANY CAR PARTS ARE SCATTERED THROUGHOUT THE LOT. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.
Alleyway for abandoned house, had several filled trash cans spilling over with bottles/cans some partially empty, household items such as baskets, buckets, umbrella and bags, along with fast food garbage and flies; alley is also being used as a public bathroom and a spot to stash drugs. The backyard is being used as a bike parking lot, with a table and chairs set up along with other household items not previously there. This issue has been brought to the City's attention twice and the Albany Police Department. The City came and cleaned out the alley and backyard, and cut down the overgrowth. This was just recently resolved and is being formally addressed here.
After leaving water street and taking the ramp up to either go the ESP or Dunn Bridge, there is a large bump a the top of the ramp just before the traffic from 787S merges in. It is very difficult to take this bump at anything less than the speed limit or you are going way to slow to merge with the fast traffic coming off 787S. This bump has been here for a long time. Please grind it down. I'm begging you.
