This is a bank owned property and yet they haven't kept cleaning up the property. There is food still left inside the property in the refrigerator, the overgrowth in the backyard needs bush-ogging down and the shrubs in the front are way overgrown. Needs raking badly and just is is awful repair that those of us that do try to keep our homes nice, it reflects on us and our neighborhood. Do something because it could become a rat heaven, and right now is not in any condition to even be sold less inhabitable. No more posting that they have 30 or 10 days to clean it up etc...ACTION and fines speak volumes...you cited people for trash cans on the curb for the day after pick-up now cite some banks for letting their properties go bad. There are others on this street too. This hurts those of us trying to maintain property values and keep Fayetteville Beautiful.

The Falcon Village complex is unsightly. The main building has large amounts of litter in front of it including empty alcohol containers. The main building also has several areas where pieces of the ceiling are falling down, and leaving debris on the walkway. This unattended and uncared for building has become a place for vagrants to congregate, consume alcohol, and litter. Please look into this matter. Thankyou
fix it issue ID 1214577 originally reported 10/8. Fayetteville case # 2014-022675 by Heather Eckerd acknowledged passed to Tiffany Brisson assigned to code enforcement. 10/9 property inspected and notice placed on mail box. Since then taken removed. Tiffany wrote "work with property owner until violation has been corrected". Notice gave owner 10 days its been 2 weeks. No change in appearance of property. Maybe Fayetteville should wait til spring to get the yard mowed and shrubs cut (Sarcasm). What does it take to run a neighborhood down - unkept yards that are unsightly. What does it take for the city of Fayetteville to enforce their own ordinance and posted notice? Please fayetteville don't acknowledge a problem if your not going to fix it or follow up on it.
