    I'd like to see increased enforcement of roadshare awareness on this block of V Street. This is the single most dangerous block of my (all bike lane) commute from Columbia Heights to Dupont Circle. Yesterday morning I biked behind a woman who was drifting along half in the bike lane with a children's book open on her lap - two blocks from the police station! It may be that the car section of the road is too wide so cars have a tendency to create two lanes.
