I thought construction was halted due to covid 19? They’re working on the apartment building at 60 n main st and the noise from 7am to 4pm Monday to Saturday is quite disruptive since we are all forced to be working from home/stay home. Called the apartment complex to ask about it but have yet to get a return call.

Large pot hole right at the intersection of Rabbit Run and Possum Hollow. Have to drive around it. Lots of additional smaller potholes on Possum hollow making it a bumpy ride. If these can be filled would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Litter/Trash clean-up needed in the cul de sac at the end of Chrysler Road which abuts Lake Cochituate State Park and along Rail Trail pathway. Visitors park in the cul de sac and trash is spread throughout this area and all along the path to Lake Cochituate and the Rail Trail. Help please.

Too Many People working too close at Riverbend School - Covid19 Spread danger

There is a dumpster that this person is using for construction however it is placed in the street and not on the property directly. It is a nuisance and should be moved immediately.

Two potholes cut by water main repair crew.

I’m not sure if this should go to the Conservation Commission or building department or somewhere else.

The property at 7 Alden St is a newly constructed property and over the past few days they have put what seems to be 50 plus cubic yards of dirt (At least 5 10yard trucks full) on a 7,000 sqft area (approximate lot size minus structure) bringing up the level of the entire lot compared to abutters. The concern is how this will effect water flows and storm water run offs especially for the abutting properties. Water flow is a major issue for most of the abutters as the houses are between Nonesuch Pond and wetlands on the other side of Winter Street. The street is also prone to flooding as there is no proper drainage.

The photo may not show it well, but as a resident of Walnut St, walking at night with my dog feels dangerous. At times, I struggle to see the sidewalk at my feet.i plan to submit a separate concern for this, but the speed limit being 5mph in such a densely populated area only amplifies my concerns about the lighting.

Based on the dense population of Walnut St, a speed of 35 mph seems very high. On top of this, signs say speed is strictly enforced, but I see cars travelling much faster than 35 on a regular basis and have never seen anyone stopped for it.

Why is the farm open? It is so crowded. Aren't parks closed?
