Hi, My last name is "Kurnala" but it is printed wrong on all the communications that I receive from Town of Natick. Can you please correct it?

Course Brook in back of Lena Road is drying up and turning to mud. A few years ago we had an issue with low water due to a beaver dam. I have a feeling it is the same issue but I have never seen the water this low and I'm sure it's hurting the wildlife.

3 of the curbstones on front of my property have shifted and now project into the street. We routinely move our cars (4) in and out of the street and this is becoming an issue for parking (aside from the unsightliness). Construction scraped down the sidewalk with a backhoe and I'm sure the asphalt roller equipment driving on the sidewalk didn't help either. Anyway, now would be the opportunity to reset these stones before construction is completed.

I was walking down Maple Ave and at the dead end there is a pile of Verizon wire that was dumped in the woods.

Dear Selectmen,
I have number of issues, all centered around the fact that the area of West Natick is not given any priority with respect to any town developments. Our sidewalks are absolutely never cleaned during winter. Our roads are cleaned but never within a day or two of a storm. A huge number of people live in the condominiums off of Newfield Drive and many of them walk to the West Natick MBTA station. During winter it is a pain to walk because the sidewalks are not clean and the roads are usually muddy. Cars speed down W Central Street which makes it impossible to walk at all there. None of the 12 shuttles that run within the town of Natick, run on newfield drive, which gives us no option of transportation to the station. Most people are, therefore, forced to drive to the station causing clogged traffic during peak hours. Some of us (unfortunate people) who do not own a car are forced to trek down a snow covered road to get to work. It is my humble request that wither our sidewalks be cleaned to make it amenable to walking or a shuttle be sanctioned from the station to the condominiums on Newfield drive. The shuttle may not be free, since I think most of our situations are desperate enough that we would pay to get to work during winter.

Dead raccoon at the utility pole

Roughly 2 to 3 weeks of trash has not been collected despite being placed in the appropriate natick blue trash bags and placed inside the bin and brought to the appropriate curb side. At this point there is a foul smell coming from the bin and flies buzzing around it constantly. I’m not worried about rodents and other pests may be getting into it.

I filed an abatement but have not received it yet. I was told it would take a week or two, it was issued on Oct. 8.
