Rats in the alley

The parkway of the school( South east corner of Clarendon and Junior ) has pounds of dog feces all along the parkway on the schools property. The school never cleans this area nor does it clean the hedges next to the playground . As a result we have a terrible sanitation and rodent problem. This is the same school that does no shovel the sidewalk that borders Junior Terrace. Why is the school exempt from city code?

Large possum 10-15# seen in back yard watching neighbors small dog. When door was opened possum walked away through gangway to front sidewalk. This rodent was larger than the dog and was definitely an adult possum.

Rat infestation/nesting in front planting bed at Magnolia Plaza on the SW corner of Magnolia and Wilson. As many as 10 rats seen coming out from under low shrubs. There may be more issues in the back, alley ans side yard.

Rats around rear coach house and alley.

The abandoned garage across the alley from our condo is infested with rats. The owner should be required to do something about this. Rats are getting into our backyard.

Rat problem in the street is getting worse with rats roaming the street and between homes at all hours of the day and night, sometimes in pairs and completely unphased by people or traffic.

Piles of brown carpet, multiple bags of garbage, large card board sleeping platform, various assortment of items on upper berm of Montrose viaduct. North west corner. Need to be removed. Bagged spoiled food and other perishables attracting rodents.

Burgundy Van dumpling bags of garbage on parkway of Clarendon Park. Van is stationary and parked at this spot for weeks. Directly across from the City salt storage depot. Rats and gulls are having a feast.
