Light out

on this short block with entrances/exits to shopping center and Lirr parking- there are 4 street lights- the 3 old type (yellow sodium lights) are not working.. leaving most of this busy block in the dark

Snow plows leave 5ft of snow in front of the driveways piled 4 ft high. The leftover snow is a mixture of ice and wet snow.

on powell ave- the street light to the west of the library main walk in entrance is out. thanks

180 Evergreen Ave etc. along entire curb side from Pine to Cedar. Street turning into 1 big chewed up mess.

Recently discovered a hold at edge of road, just next to curb that is ten inches deep and about ten inches long by four inches wide. Concern that as more water seeps into hole, this may broaden hole and cause major hole in street.

Multiple pot holes where the two roads meet. Lots of rocks and asphalt.

hole is about 3 - 4 inches deep and wraps around the manhole cover. There is another hole around another manhole cover, the one just pass the SOB underpass but that one is in the center of the northern lane so I don't think many car tires hit it.
