Notified About

  • 247 Monroe St Philadelphia, PA - Queen Village
Broken windows that may fall out soon. Other debris has fallen onto the sidewalk from this house that has been sitting empty for several years.
  • 820-825 Alter Street Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Passyunk Square
There is a lot of new graffiti on garage doors and walls on this entire block of alter street. It is a small street south of Washington. Can it be removed? it makes this nice residential street look awful.
  • 945 Washington Ave Philadelphia, PA 19140, USA - Wharton-Hawthorne-Bella Vista

truck parking across the sidewalk is OPEN

There is a large white "Carpet time" van with that parks nose in to the building line blocking the sidewalk rather than parallel to the street. It blocks pedestrian right of way and butts out just about 4 inches from the flow of traffic on this busy street all day and all night. This situation has been going on for years and should not be allowed to continue.

  • 800 South 8th Street Philadelphia, PA - Bella Vista
A Mexican Food lunch truck has been abandoned with flat tires on South 8th Street just South of Washington Avenue for more than 6 weeks. It is parked legally but an eye sore. I will take photos of it later and post. In the meantime, it should be removed. It clearly isn't running--it hasn't moved. I will also email 311.
  • 1298 Annin Street Philadelphia, PA 19147, USA - Passyunk Square
On the Annin side of Butchie Alley, between 12th and 13th, tags on multiple wall types.
  • 407 Fulton St Philadelphia, PA 19147, USA - Queen Village
All the residents of the 300 block of Fulton St place all their trash in front of 767 S. 4th street every week for pick up and inevitably a large portion of this trash gets left on 4th street. The neighbors that look out on 4th street are tired of picking up this trash each week. The City or the Headhouse District should clean this trash up or provide actual door to door trash pick up for the 300 block of Fulton St each week. In addition, the 300 block of Fulton street does indeed have outlet for a trash truck, contrary to the mistaken sign posted that says "No Outlet".
  • 1156 South 12th Street Philadelphia, PA 19147, USA - Passyunk Square
Tag "OCP" in white paint on wood telephone pole. In the past two weeks, a few of these in same paint color showed up.
  • 1100-1142 S 11th St Philadelphia, PA 19147, USA - Passyunk Square
People try to use the trash cans but they are too full and never emptied on time. Not town room the design of these is majorly flawed since you have to touch the handle to open it
  • 1001-1021 Washington Ave Philadelphia, PA - Bella Vista

About a month ago PGW was replacing pipes on the South Side of the 1000 block of Washington Avenue. However, yellow PVC pipes, cones and PGW placards were left on the North Side of Washington (right in front of Sherwin Williams.) after the construction wrapped up. Since then, a taco truck has used the pipes/cones to block off a parking space for themselves 24 hours a day. Worse, they actually block out the two spots in front of "their" spot with PGW cones / placards for ease of parking. Our neighborhood has lost three parking spots and we're left with unsightly construction debris.

Disgruntled neighbors moved the pipes / placards to the sidewalk to free-up parking spots last night.

PGW needs to REMOVE the pipes (now sitting on the sidewalk and blocking pedestrian traffic) and have a word to the taco truck about using PGW property to block off three legal parking spots, designated for residents.

  • 1140 South 12th Philadelphia, PA - Passyunk Square
Starting Point: South 12th and Ellsworth to South 12th and Latona. There is trash all over the place, leaves blocking drains. It doesn't seem like the people living here care much about their block and community. Where is the SWEEP Team to enforce this?
  • 1345 Ellsworth Street Philadelphia, PA - Passyunk Square

This house has been vacant for years. There is no sidewalk at all and is a major hazard as the house is close to the Broad St line subway stop and a major pedestrian area.

Owner was fined previously under missing/broken window ordinance. Pulled a permit months ago but has made no repairs.

  • 1201 Ellsworth Street Philadelphia, PA 19147, USA - Passyunk Square
Public eyesore and safety hazard- broken, damaged sidewalk needs to be replaced along this corner property. Parts of sidewalk are missing and the surface is uneven, cracked and in some cases missing entirely. This is a transit stop on the Rt 23 bus that runs down 12th street.
