    Sidewalk and fence is in horrible shape around the perimeter of Sacks Park. Tree roots are uplifting sidewalk 4 to 5 inches, many areas are almost gravel, this corner is well ignored and needs some TLC (and street trees too)

    This is an auto body shop. They regularly have cars parked all over the sidewalk making it difficult to pass without walking in the street.

    This property has been vacant for years. Windows are in violation of no boarding up law. Side door has been open inviting anyone who wishes to enter. Unsightly, dangerous, and ignored. All too common. JP Morgan bank owns this property. They should pay a bit more attention to it. This is our neighborhood!

    Every morning buses are idling for anywhere between 2 minutes and 10 minutes thoughout the morning rush hour. Occasionally a driver will shut the bus off, but that is the rare exception.

    Two sandwich boards announcing a furniture sale were fully blocking the bike lane today. Two days ago when I passed by there were also cars double-parked in the bike lane, and I flagged down a police car to let them know and ask them to enforce the bike lane. They seemed mildly interested, but they clearly didn't really scare these guys into changing their behavior.

    There is also graphitti on this corner proeprty on the Federal Street side. There has been a violation placed on 1156 South 8th for not having windows...it would be great if we could get the same violation here.

    Mid-City Tire and Auto blocks 4 public parking spots EVERY NIGHT from ~5PM to ~8AM, then they park there all day.

    On the Northeast corner of Jefferson Square, there's a crosswalk and a white stop-bar on the street, but no stop sign.

    This is a weird intersection where Washington ave splits into two. There is a traffic light about 40 feet further north at 3rd and Washington, but no stop sign at this corner further south.

    The situation is especially dangerous because the large building between Washington and Ellsworth blocks all visibility as cars, cyclists, and pedestrians approach from the East. Further, this intersection is right next to a park and not far from a school.

    Without a stop sign, cars speed through this intersection, especially on a green light.

    A group of abandoned/decrepit properties with people staying in it, accumulating trash, and also leaving barking dogs in the unsafe structure all day in the heat. Graffiti on the front of the property.
