This road still is not fixed since winter, when driving toward south gulph there are at least 3-4 major potholes on the right that need patching. Its dangerous because you swerve into the left lane to avoid them.

There are two large pothole on the road right on Innovation Way after making a left turn on Mathilda Avenue (heading north). It is on the opposite side of the road where the fire station used to be.

As traffic goes down Borregas Ave. at Eaglewood Ave. and drives over existing utility covers a loud noise is made.

Drove pass less than ten minutes ago (currently 1:23AM) and there is a busted water pipe or water hydrant on Fair Oaks Avenue. The water is gushing out non-stop.

The garbage bin is constantly overflowing, garbage is blown to neighboring properties, dumped furniture (table, mattress, book shelf).
Outside people are using this place for illegal dumping. We have videos to proof it.

Sidewalk pushed up by tree roots. Rolled my ankle on the uneven sidewalk. Needs to be fixed and roots removed dangerous for any pedestrian.

Frequently the employees at this used car dealership blare their radios/stereos so loud that residents living one street over can hear it clearly. This goes on for hours.
