Huge tree branch on the sidewalk Archived355 Precita Avenue San Francisco, CA - Bernal HeightsOn Saturday, August 31, a huge tree branch fell from a tree directly in front of 355 Precita Avenue. Within 36 hours, someone cut the branch into several pieces, moved it to the adjacent property in front of Leonard Flynn Elementary School and trimmed the tree.
The branch pieces have sat in front of Leonard Flynn ever since. Isn't the owner of 355 Precita responsible for clean up? If yes, has the City contacted the owners and required them to remove the branch? These debris are a tripping hazard and an eye sore. Why is it still here 11 days later?

500 Precita Ave San Francisco, CA - Bernal HeightsThe south side of the median on Precita between Alabama and Florida was once red. It has faded to no color and cars are starting to park there. This both creates dangerous traffic flow (for cars and for children going to the Precita Center) and makes it impossible for residents to pull their cars out of their garages. Please repaint the curb red ASAP. -

217 Precita Avenue San Francisco, CA - Bernal HeightsFour or five times a year, someone leaves their unwanted junk in front of 215-217 Precita Avenue. It's happened again. A broken chair has been sitting in front of this address for at least five days.
Neighbors, please don't leave your garbage on the sidewalk. If you don't want it, chances are no one else does either.
A reminder that leaving stuff like this on the sidewalk is not only inconsiderate. It's also illegal.

1342 Shotwell St San Francisco, CA - Bernal HeightsI have repeatedly spotted a guy who is breaking in to cars in the Precita Park / Bernal Area. I saw him in action the other day but he took off upon seeing me and was long gone by the time police came. Keep an eye out - he is about 5ft6in - stalky, latino, long hair in a pony tail. I have only seen him in a dark green fleece wearing baggy khakis and he always carries a cream tote bag that looks like the kind you would take to the corner store. Presumably what he uses to carry what he has stolen.
