    A kind soul has dumped construction waste on the water's edge, just in front of the turn into Bay colony office park.

    Something needs to be done about the speeding on Stow Street (BOTH DIRECTIONS) and Tavern Road. The turn from Stow onto Tavern isn't a ramp to Rt 95!! Yet drivers are speeding around the corner racing to the red light (and honking at each other). The signal light change of last year was a HUGE mistake and has caused unnecessary backups all the way down Stow Street. It's like no one from the city actually has observed what has happened. They make a change and never monitor. If they did, they would see it was a mistake.
    The City of Waltham needs to do something about the speeding on this street - put up SIGNS! Start ticketing people! Do something! People like to walk with their children and dogs on this street and it's dangerous because of the speeding.
