A pothole that has been there for several weeks is located in the area of 457 Moody St on the southbound side. Before that one, there appeared to be another one that has formed recently not too far before the first one.

In the area Walnut St and Cushing St, there's a pothole that abuts the manhole that's located on the southbound side of Moody St.

Drove over it today and then decided to take a picture of the issue. It's located on the southbound side of Moody St. The area appears to have been dug up then filled not too long ago and is now receding.

Massive pothole next to storm drain, is causing damage to cars, this needs to be fixed along with the other MANY POTHOLES on Lexington st. Please fix these ASAP.

Needs immediate attention. This large pothole is located on Main St by the New World gas station.

Motorists, coming down Trapelo Rd to turn right onto Forest St, are operating at unreasonable speeds and either rolling the red light or blowing through it. This poses a serious risk to pedestrians, and motorists crossing Trapelo Rd to Forest St from the Metropolitan Parkway. My concerns are especially driven given that I was almost struck by a speeding pickup truck several weeks ago. And to this very day, I continue to see people rolling, blowing through the red light to get onto Forest St. I perused the City of Waltham's website, but couldn't find anything relevant to traffic enforcement complaints. It's my hope that someone from the city, such as the Waltham Police, acknowledge this and see to it that some enforcement be allocated to address this.

Turning right onto Central St from Jackson St, right next to the stop sign, is a large pothole. A traffic cone should be placed over it until it can be filled.

The overhead left hand signal going north on Wyman at this location has not been functional for few weeks. I called the Waltham Police and they haven't done anything about this. I spoke with Officers Wentworth and Russo at the Police station. Please fix this ASAP.

Refer to photo for visual representation of the issue. Warren St traffic for turning left onto Main St to head into Watertown has a green arrow, a protected turn. Drivers coming from Gore St are going through their red light, failing to wait until their light turns green. This situation is a recipe for a collision. I've already experienced several close-calls over the years. Today, another one occurred.

There needs to be signage erected, and possibly enforcement by Waltham Police, since some people are incapable of discerning between a turn and a merge. Gore St segment that veers right, merges onto Main St toward Watertown; therefore, vehicle should not be going through the red light.

Please take urgent action and address this hazard.
