  • Bay St Berkeley, CA, 94710, USA - Berkeley
The homeless encampment tents have moved off the railroad track back onto the freeway off ramp at Shellmound Avenue, and garbage from the site is scattered everywhere on that corner now. Is it possible to get everything cleared up and prevent the tents from moving back and forth from corner to corner in the area? Also, some vehicles that get off the ramp often stop by the tents, making it unsafe for other motorists exiting the freeway. I know that homeless encampments are a big discussion point for bay area city leaders but until they figure out how to best handle the situation, as a resident in the area, it is very frustrating to see these rent encampments and related issues that come with them constantly recurring in the neighborhood.
  • 6711-6799 San Pablo Ave Emeryville, CA, 94608, USA - Golden Gate
There is an ancient redwood tree with a circumference of 150 inches, which is a heritage tree that was hacked by a developer. There were no permits pulled and the owner of the property did not grant access. It was not done by an arborist and the tree was trimmed about 40 percent only on the side of the developer. The tree is now dangerous and it it's too heavy for the way it was trimmed. It's a the address 6105 San Pablo Ave close to Marshall. Please do not share my information to the developer that did this illegaly.

  • 1701-1717 Ashby Ave Berkeley, CA - South Berkeley
The house on the corner of Ashby Ave and King St (northeast side) has some plants abutting the sidewalk along their property. Unfortunately a couple of these plants close to the corner have long spikes, and pedestrians walking along the north side of Ashby Ave and the east side of King St here are regularly poked and scratched. Ideally these plants should be removed entirely, or at least cut back considerably as to not create a danger to passers-by.
