Lower Nob Hill/Chinatown

Notified About

  • 515 Mason St San Francisco, CA 94102, USA - Downtown
Trucks and other equipment block the entire sidewalk on Mason Street and the intersection with Post at the Marriott. Most mornings the sidewalk is blocked in a high traffic area for tourists, commuters, and pedestrians. I've also seen people nearly backed into by delivery trucks or walking into traffic.
  • Other Open
500-506 Stockton Street San Francisco, CA 94108, USA - Chinatown
Large puddle in the southernmost (rightmost eastbound) lane of bush. Cars passing through spray pedestrians using the Stockton street tunnel stairs. If the drainage can't be fixed, perhaps a warning sign can be posted?
  • Noise Issue Archived
Jones St & Post St San Francisco, CA, 94102, USA - Downtown
Severe temporary auditory damage hazard from fire department emergency vehicles using sirens well above what would be considered safe in a sports arena. They are being used in confined echo environments where the noise does not dissipate but is compounded. They are loud enough to cause temporary partial deafness to pedestrians and thus are subjecting pedestrians to lethal vehicular traffic hazards from quieter vehicles.
  • 1234 Pine St San Francisco, CA - Nob Hill

Motorists waiting to park in the St. Francis Hospital garage -- or frustrated by others blocking the road -- honk around the clock on Pine St. between Leavenworth and Hyde. During rush hour it is non-stop. Besides irritating block residents like me, it must be disruptive to hospital patients as well.

Perhaps a banner/sign across the street encouraging people to respect residents & hospital patients would help a little? Or a "honk trap" set up by SFPD?

  • 285 Geary Street San Francisco, CA 94102, USA - Downtown
Trip and fall hazard tree grate is sticking up
  • 1001-1017 Larkin St San Francisco, CA 94109, USA - Downtown
Graffiti all over the building and windows. LK
  • 839 Post St. San Francisco, CA - Downtown
Only about half of the appartments actually have access to a fire escape. Multiple residents on the upper floors have no route of escape in the case of a fire except for a concrete stairwell at the back of the building.
  • 303 Sutter San Francisco 94108 United State - Financial District
    Wreckless abandon
  • 300–348 Grant Ave San Francisco 94108, United States - Financial District
Homeless passed out in our lobby. Non emergency police number has been called.
  • Post And Grant Ave San Francisco 94108 United States - Financial District
Yet another scooter in the middle of the sidewalk
  • Hyde St & Pine St San Francisco, CA, 94109, USA - Nob Hill
The crosswalk sign is partially obscured from the north side of the crosswalk Some sort of crew appeared to be addressing this a few months ago, but did not.
  • 300 Grant Ave San Francisco 94108 United States - Financial District
This one is parked right on a corner where someone could trip over it.
