7827 S. Ridgeland Ave - Avalon ParkMexican workers at 7827 S. Ridgeland ave have been working in this two flat building for 3 weeks. Police came out Saturday and found out they do not have a building work permit. They were fined but shut down and still continues to without a permit. They are throwing drywall and other debrie out the back window, they do not have a dumpster and the debrie is flying all over the neighborhood.
