Drain needs immediate fixing This drain has been yellow taped for a year with a cone stuck in it. The recent rain has caused the street to flood and make it impossible for some to cross it. Soon leaves will begin to fall and this drain will cause a very serious problem

Trimming. Branch needs to be trimmed.

Tree is dying and there are heavy dead branches in danger of falling on to the sidewalk and maiming an unlucky pedestrian.

As before, after receiving complaints, the city patched up some of the bigger potholes on Ellsworth Avenue between Goffe and Whalley.
As before, within a few weeks the patches have come off.
As before, Ellsworth Avenue now poses a danger to bikers and causes damage to the vehicles that drive there.
Accordingly, the whole street needs to be repaved and not just patched.

Owner called to report "again" having tree trimmed as it's giving animals a way to her house. The tree has cause massive mold onto her property. Huge limbs are currently hanging on the wires and they are afraid it will cause power outage. Please assist.

Owner called to report tree is diseased. Branches are constantly falling and causing damages to property. Owner spoke with a tree crew from the city and was told tree is infected and needs to be removed. Please assist.

The New Haven side of Pine Rock Avenue (as you approach Fitch Street) there are multiple deep potholes. In order to avoid them, it causes you to drive on the wrong side of the road into oncoming traffic.
