The end of McCullough Avenue has been used as a parking lot by a construction business for some time. There are multiple employee vehicles, large trucks, trailers and equipment parked there daily. As the street has been recently paved I would hate to see damage being done to the street not to mention the nuisance factor. Is the business paying the city for the use of a public street for parking?
