Both these restaurants fail to provide a three foot right of way for pedestrians on the sidewalk, which is against City Code. I have an email from the Roswell City Attorney, David Davidson, stating they are required to maintain the right of way clearly marked and that all pedestrians must be allowed to cross.

Almost every day around 10 am or there after they lay several dozen of large area rugs in the parking lot then they spray with chemicals to clean them, then wash it all down into storm drains and grassy area. They are polluting and contaminating our water system.

The outside appearance of the unkempt landscaping and overall cleanliness of the gas station on the corner of Atlanta Street and Magnolia needs to be addressed. All the businesses on Canton Street are doing their part in keeping Roswell beautiful. When customers and visitors to the restaurants pass this unsightly corner its can put off people

I have a leak in my apartment and although I've reported it to maintenance it just keeps getting worse and the mold that grows there they ust put bleach on which scares me because I'm afraid there's black mold in the walls and ceiling that's never been addressed and never will be unless some legal authority makes them. There's bugs everywhere due to the water, and electrical issues as well due to outlets shorting out and I'm afraid of me or my pets being shocked. I just feel like they are sweeping this issue under the carpet and my safety is at risk because of it.

property has been vacant for several months...yard is over grown with tall grass with vines growing up front and back of house. Also swimming pool in back yard is filled with standing water causing public health issues with mosquito's and other hazards

This home is filled from floor to ceiling in every room and garage with miscellaneous debris. It's a hoarder. The quantity of property inside would generate a blaze too hot to contain. This combined with the close proximity of homes in our neighborhood puts all residents at risk. The fire marshal should inspect the home and demand cleanup or condemn the property.

There is now lawn furniture kept in the front yard in violation of city code. The furniture is kept in the yard because there is nowhere left to sit inside the home because of the hoarding of property inside.

The owner of 200 Park Bridge Lane has not maintained her yard in months. Some of the weeds and grass are at least 3 feet tall and most of the sidewalk in front of her yard is impeded. You can barely see the house from the street with all the unkempt grass, weeds and tree litter piling up in the yard.

There is trash, what appears to chemicals and misc debris all over this yard and porch of which is visible from the street.

As of today, the sidewalk is still blocked by weeds taller than 3 feet.

There is a large Black Van parked in front of 847 Mimosa Blvd blocking half of the cross walk. Every time there is an Auction @ Kings Gallery on Atlanta St , cars/vans park and block Ramsey St. This has been previously reported to authorities and continues to be an issue

The grass and weeds at this property have not been trimmed and maintained for MONTHS. The property owner is deliberately blocking pedestrian passage in front of her yard. the weeds on the lawn and around the mailbox almost completely block any pedestrian foot traffic and make it very difficult for strollers to pass a well forcing pefestrians including children to walk on the street.
