This is what the front yard looks like. Insurance company needs to maintain this property

This business does not maintain their property. This is only one picture of one area that has only dirt. The front yard is in worse condition and needs clean up and maintenance. It is an eyesore to our beautiful town square and Mimosa Blvd and Bullock Ave.

Vacant lot has weeds 5 ft tall. Homeowner will not mow.

Are these "House Concerts" against City Code? The first (see below...July 27... was not on a "donation" basis.

For those of you new to "House Concerts", it's exactly what it sounds like....a concert in someone's home. This is the trend moving forward in music as artists no longer make much money selling and distributing their music so they do LIVE shows to connect with music lovers and build their fan base. Come enjoy some amazing artists!!

A tree or shrub has been planted that obstructs views at the stop sign (soon to be traffic light?). Specifically, when a standard height vehicle (not a truck or SUV) is stopped at the solid white line at the intersection of North Coleman Road and Woodstock Road, the driver is not able to see if traffic approaches from the right (SE) on Woodstock Road. The driver must enter (illegally? without safety) into the intersection to determine if a left (NW) turn onto Woodstock Road can be made.

Activity on RAP football field after 10pm on 10/14/19?? Is this allowed? The lights are on, some activity is taking place, whistles are blowing.

All of the overhead street lights on Josephine Skinner Circle were out last night. VERY Dangerous as a GET event letting out at 10:00 pm had zero visibility for pedestrians. Needs to be fixed ASAP. Not just one light; all lights were out.

The business at this location play music very loudly after 11pm on Friday/Saturday and after 10pm on Sundays. It is disruptive to the community and the residents that live close by.

The exterior of Pastis is in desperate need of repair/paint and clean up. The wood around the windows is rotting and the paint is all chipped and peeling. The " wooden planters" are also cracked, paint is chipped, plants are dead. This property is a disgrace to Canton St and our Historic District. Owners need to be held accountable for maintenance of this building.
