    There is trash, what appears to chemicals and misc debris all over this yard and porch of which is visible from the street.

    This home is a rental and has a chronic problem with debris, and junk accumulating over time. The only time the renters clean up is when Code enforcement goes out to the home. A year ago, I reported the same issue. Items were cleaned up, however, the addition to the home on the back side was never finished with siding, In fact, you can still see the insulation.
    There are five home owners who are fed up with this issue. We realize its a rental and are hoping Roswell can contact the owner regarding this ongoing issue.
    Major Issue: Back yard is visible from both streets the house sits on. There is a lot of debris, containers with staniding water, old trampoline, old doors and bldg. material, old shed, and rotted firewood not stacked.

    The front yard now has two swing sets and one is inoperable. The homeowner could be held liable if someone gets hurt. There is a car jack in front view and miscellaneous junk. We are tired of looking at this. I have additional photos, but can only upload one image.

    There is a large Black Van parked in front of 847 Mimosa Blvd blocking half of the cross walk. Every time there is an Auction @ Kings Gallery on Atlanta St , cars/vans park and block Ramsey St. This has been previously reported to authorities and continues to be an issue

    When vehicles, such as this van, are parked in the end parking space adjacent to the Drake Closet driveway, vehicles trying to exit the driveway onto Mimosa Blvd can not see approaching traffic, making it impossible to safely turn onto Mimosa Blvd.

    The East Alley looks disgusting! The city spent alot of money on this project and the establishments have trash, old furniture, mops and rusted broken fixtures behind the restaurants. It stinks, is an eye sore and the owners need to be held accountable to keep this area free of trash and debris.

    There is now lawn furniture kept in the front yard in violation of city code. The furniture is kept in the yard because there is nowhere left to sit inside the home because of the hoarding of property inside.

    This home is filled from floor to ceiling in every room and garage with miscellaneous debris. It's a hoarder. The quantity of property inside would generate a blaze too hot to contain. This combined with the close proximity of homes in our neighborhood puts all residents at risk. The fire marshal should inspect the home and demand cleanup or condemn the property.

    The grass and weeds at this property have not been trimmed and maintained for MONTHS. The property owner is deliberately blocking pedestrian passage in front of her yard. the weeds on the lawn and around the mailbox almost completely block any pedestrian foot traffic and make it very difficult for strollers to pass a well forcing pefestrians including children to walk on the street.

    This corner is a disgrace to our community and historic district. There is always trash, bottles, cans and debris in the parking lot and on the side walks. The grass and weeds as well as the bushes are overgrown. It is an eyesore. Very sad that this is one of the first sights visitors see when on Canton St/ Hwy 9. The owners of the businesses need to be held accountable for cleaning it up and maintaining it.

    I have a leak in my apartment and although I've reported it to maintenance it just keeps getting worse and the mold that grows there they ust put bleach on which scares me because I'm afraid there's black mold in the walls and ceiling that's never been addressed and never will be unless some legal authority makes them. There's bugs everywhere due to the water, and electrical issues as well due to outlets shorting out and I'm afraid of me or my pets being shocked. I just feel like they are sweeping this issue under the carpet and my safety is at risk because of it.

    Both these restaurants fail to provide a three foot right of way for pedestrians on the sidewalk, which is against City Code. I have an email from the Roswell City Attorney, David Davidson, stating they are required to maintain the right of way clearly marked and that all pedestrians must be allowed to cross.
