  • 14 Hardwick St Cambridge, Massachusetts - Wellington-Harrington

I'm a resident of 23 Hardwick St since 2011. The construction at 14 Hardwick St has fed me up. As it currently stands, the no parking signs expired weeks go AND not only are there non-Cambridge cones deployed in front with expired signs, there is a tractor trailer parked in front of 9 Hardwick with no permits or signage.

This happened once before a month ago when 14 Hardwick St has Dumpster permits that expired and a dumpster was still present.

Is this a City of Cambridge problem or a 14 Hardwick Renovation problem? Either way, somebody needs to be fined as the rules aren't being followed. With the current parking crunch due to One Kendall Plaza construction removing Cardinal Medeiros, the Donnelly Field project removing parking, AND the remnants of the Berkshire fire -- the residents of our area deserve to have as much available parking as possible.

It appears to me that 14 Hardwick St is either shirking the rules OR the City of Cambridge is delinquent on posting signs. I move to an immediate reconciliation with ticketing, towing, or fining of the current vehicles OR the CoC putting current signs and acknowledging their delinquency. Either way, since the original hearing for 14 Hardwick St did not include this long timeline of parking space removal for dumpsters and flatbed trailers -- I also move for an additional hearing.

Rules and regulations exist for citizens of Cambridge. I'd like to know who is accountable for the MULTIPLE days over the past 5 weeks that the signage and actual circumstances have not been matched.

  • 65 Eustis St Cambridge, MA, 02140, USA - Agassiz-Harvard
The Gas/utility access-hole cover on Harris Street, about 15 feet from the corner of Eustis Street, was knocked off by the snow plow. I wasn’t able to find the cover in nearby snow banks. I noticed the open hole while shoveling my property. The access hole is about 8 inches in diameter.

5 Hurley Street Cambridge, Massachusetts - East Cambridge
There is graffiti on the metal storage shed and on the brick wall at the back of the 5 Hurley Street Parking Lot. My company, Urban Spaces, is the owner of this block (buildings and parking lot) collectively referred to 85 First Street.

41 Gold Star Rd Cambridge 02140, United States - North Cambridge
My neighbors on Gold Star and Seven Pines need an education on space savers. Specifically that Cambridge does not allow them and we do not have to respect them. Is there anything that can be done? A mailing? Stickers on the space savers? Tickets?
  • 445 Concord Ave Cambridge, MA 02138, USA - Neighborhood 9
A plant that looks like Japanese Knotweed, which is an invasive weed, is growing on the left side of the Danehy path between the Field Street parking lot and the artificial turf fields.
  • 11 Centre Street Cambridge, MA - Mid-Cambridge
Please prune old elm tree in front of 11 Centre Street. It is overhanging s/w and parking spots
  • 25 Bellis Cir Cambridge MA 02140, United States - Neighborhood 9
There is foliage hanging over into the street on Bellis Circle bordering the parking lot of the Montesouri School. They have cleared the top of the street in preparation for the school year but left the bottom of the street uncleared - it obstructs two way traffic and needs to be be cleared. Please let them know they are responsible for maintaining the entire street bordering their property.

Possible to repaint lines at St Peters parking lot? Also some space are smaller than others
  • 90 Hamilton St Cambridge, Massachusetts - Cambridgeport
The Brookline St sidewalk of the commercial property at 90 Hamilton St has not been shoveled forcing me and others to have to walk in the same street as cars and buses. Extremely dangerous. I note that they make sure that their parking lot has been cleaned of snow.
  • 17 Smith Place Cambridge, MA - Cambridge
    No Parking Sign in missing
  • 101-103 Chilton Street Cambridge, MA, 02138, USA - West Cambridge

Stop sign down at corner of Corporal Burns and Concord Ave.

Also that intersection needs more signs telling cars that Corporal Burns is one way. For example by driveway entering onto Corp Burns from parking lot by Brit bakery. Many cars drive down the street the wrong way.

There's one less bike riding down by the water house entrance, I'll be good if there was a few more bike parking facilities here
