It is so loud and obnoxious for there to be a truck in the morning which endlessly projects "STREET CLEANING. NO PARKING ON THE EVEN SIDE OF THE ROAD. YOU WILL BE TAGGED AND TOWED." We get it. We do not need to hear it for 15+ minutes straight at 7 AM. It is disruptive and if it was from a private citizen I would file a noise complaint. Please STOP this obnoxious noise. There are plenty of other ways you could inform tenants of the street cleaning.
The streets in the strawberry hill neighborhood could use some more attention. My mom is visiting from Minnesota and it's embarrassing that Belmont Cemetery has clearer roads then us. Huron by fresh pond, Cushing, Vinyard, May... All have snow or slush in the middle.
The adjacent street, Gerry Street, has been snowplowed a few times, but not Chapman Place. It is a small, narrow street with a parking lot nearby and a few private homes, between Brewer and Gerry Streets. Residents cannot drive down the street. Please remove snow. Thank you.

There is a tree on the street-facing side of 144 Spring Street with a dead branch that looks like it could be at risk of falling and damaging cars and utility wires. The picture isn't that great, but I'd estimate that the dead branch is maybe 6" in diameter.
Eversouce worker has reported he found a "No Parking" sign down. He attached it temporarily to a utility pole (Pole 684/10) which is across from 4
Upland Rd. The sign has to be placed back onto the city pole.
