Nice performance from this driver who decided to unload blocking the bike lane and crosswalk, despite the abundant parking space around.
  • 369 Harvard St Cambridge, MA, 02138, USA - Mid-Cambridge
contractor blocks two parking spots with space savers. i thought we have to apply and pay for parking spots for moving and contractors? why can they do it with buckets and a wheel barrel?
  • 1517 Cambridge Street Cambridge Massachusetts - Mid-Cambridge
The traffic cone was moved and people are parking in the bike lane
  • 37 Brattle St Cambridge 02138, United States - West Cambridge
A year ago this was bike parking. Please remove abandoned personal articles. Thank you.
  • Pleasant St & Rockwell St Cambridge, MA, 02139, USA - Cambridgeport
Photo of a large Clean Harbors truck trying to make the turn from Rockwell Street onto one way, crowded Pleasant Street- it is just NOT possible. Happens all the time. There should be a Traffic sign on the corner of River Street & Rockwell Street saying "No trucks or Busses allowed". Someone filed a complaint about this same issue within the last year- the City's response was to remove a parking space on the left hand side of Pleasant Street. Taking away parking spaces is not the solution- trucks and busses should not be using this route as a cut across to avoid the lights on River street.

A driver has moved the bike rack that used to be in a parking space to the other side of the street and now it’s needlessly obstructing the sidewalk. Can you move it back to the parking space and attach it to the sign post with a cable as you did last year when this happened several times?

White caravan still parked with Wong visitor permit since November 2019. Hasn't moved once so violating visitor permit regs along with wrong permit for area, also parked in bike line. Numberous complaints to city with no results. Flagged down a traffic Dept enforcement officer on Wednesday and was told car would be booted. No boot yet! Who do you need to know in Cambridge to get this addressed? I've lived in this city all my life, 40 plus years and this side stepping and avoidance to address this issue is ridiculous. A police officer was also on site when the traffic Dept person was there an assured the police officer this would be addressed! If I have a friend come by and drop off something they get a ticket but this car is magically ignored!?
  • New St Cambridge, MA, 02138, USA - Neighborhood 9

There’s no city parking, handicap on this whole street! Then you can’t park at danehy park or fresh pond because of the fear getting towed at night.

Can we please get some resident (City of Cambridge) signs up or parking at danehy overnight?

I’m a elderly woman who can’t walk far looking for parking all the time.

    Appreciated

    Thank you!

I called this vehicle in to the non emergency police line over an hour ago. I don’t think this building management or Cambridge is taking the continued illegal parking here seriously. 2 hours later, there are now 3 vehicles parked illegally. They must think the cones mean special contractor parking.
  • 8 Beech St Cambridge, MA 02140, USA - North Cambridge

Both sides of Beech Street, between Massachusetts Avenue and Orchard Street, are posted no parking for construction for the entire period December 14 - January 14, Monday-Friday, 7 am-3:30 pm. The contractor is "Riley Bros".

There was no construction activity yesterday, and so far none today, on any part of this street (aside from building construction that has been ongoing at one address for the past 18 months, and is unrelated). The weather is clear.

This permit needs to be revoked. It never should have been issued this way. The contractor needs to reapply for separate permits limited to specific dates and a specific side/length of the street where work will actually be occurring. This is significantly displacing parking for residents and the contractor needs to make a good-faith effort to mitigate that impact.

Please note I have tried to reach the public works construction permitting office at 617-349-4800, option 2, option 2, but it does not seem to be routing to a phone line operated by a city employee.

    Thank you in advance.

This RV has been parked around the neighborhood for quite some time using a visitor parking pass and is taking up 2-3 spaces. Cambridge does not allow oversized vehicles to use Visitor Parking Passes. Please enforce. The visitor parking pass being used is 19V01865

Are you serious with this? Quit parking city trucks in protected bike lanes.
