Can see beneath the surface of the street . Very dangerous for pedestrians and car tires can get stuck.

The residents at 825 S. Darien St and sometimes at 823 S. Darien St. often park their cars in the curb cut and across the sidewalk blocking the sidewalk and forcing pedestrians into the street. Not only is this illegal and dangerous, it is also completely disrespectful of neighbors.

traffic signal heading north on 11th is stuck on red, whilst tasker heading west has green - been like this all day. Besides the annoying honking on 11th all day, it's a tbone accident waiting to happen as annoyed people finally give up on the red light and screech north whilst folks on tasker think they have the green.

Shrubbery is overgrown on Neill Drive, forcing cyclists into middle of roadway.
There is also overgrowth on Sweetbriar cutoff heading south to Girard approaching Zoo.

A massive cave-in was filled with dirt and gravel. Now filling is sinking again and was never properly finished with asphalt.

Trash dumped in the middle of the side walk in front of a vacant building. Now others are adding to the mountain of growing trash.

ALL 4 CORNER STREET DRAINS ARE FULL OF TRASH

Big Belly Trash containers along East Passyunk Ave are full.

Dog park users frequently park illegally on the 1000 block of Rodman Street near 11th, despite clear and obvious No Parking signs. These cars block the entrance and exit to the parking garage across from the dog park. Parking restrictions here need to be enforced.

It appears that new tenants moved in over the weekend and don't know that trash day isn't Monday, it's Friday. There are a few unsightly bags of trash on the sidewalk in front of the front door.

There is a lexus suv which is parked in the loading zone all day for days on end. Enforce existing parking code. People need to get their kids dropped off safely.
