    This lift with no visible permits has been parked on the Christian St. sidewalk outside of the PNC for over a week. It blocks most of the sidewalk and impedes wheelchair access.

    No owners of property at 1139 S. 8th street deciding to build garage on Annin Street. I can't imagine this to be legal.

    Small Dumpster at a poultry killing shop leaks animal waste onto the sidewalk and into a sewer drain on the northwest corner of 7th Street and Dickinson Street. Shop employees dump buckets full of cleaning and possible animal waste into the sewer drain regularly.

    Christpher's Auto Parts uses the triangle at 8th & Passyunk as a private parking lot. Cars are often double and triple parked out into the street making it dangerous, if not impossible to cross the street. The cars are often parked in so tightly around the business that a person, let alone a baby carriage, can't get between them to get onto the sidewalk. Cars patronizing this business often park illegally at the entrance to the 700 block of Ellsworth, making it impossible to turn onto that block. They often totally block the entrance to Ellsworth. I have never seen a ticket, in many years, on any of these cars. Why do Center City businesses have to obey the law but not South Philly businesses? The Parking Authority could make a fortune if it spent some time south of Washinton Avenue.

    The last film crew to occupy the parking lot on Broad and Washington this summer, left behind lumber platforms used to support porto-potty's. Large wooden boards and planks are spilling from the parking lot on to
    Washington Ave between Washington and 15th St. It has been like this for over a month and is it obstructing the sidewalk.

    The abandoned building on the NW corner of 8th and Federal is now being occupied by squatters and last night bombed with graffiti. There is also litter and liquor bottles on the premises. It is a disgrade that nothing has been done with the property and an embarrassment to the neighborhood.

    So going on 4 weeks now that the lights on this intersection have been malfunctioning. All directions are bad, but the lights for Passyunk Ave. are really bad. allow only 1 car to go before changing over to yellow. green light lasts literally 5-10 seconds. timing needs to be fixed. people are starting to ignore light and run read.......in all directions. this is already a bad intersection due to it being a 5 way.

    We have a trash problem on 10th Street, there is no denying that. We have sent letters to the Christ United Presbyterian Church specifically asking them to keep the front of their building litter free. Over the holidays neighbors removed a huge bag of trash from the front of the church alone. A letter was sent to the church director saying, "We cleaned up your property. Now it's your turn." Yeah, and nothing changed. All of the neighbors in our neighborhood work together to keep the litter in check. Except a few properties. This church is one of them.

    Update April 2012: Still no effort is made by the church. During a recent neighborhood clean-up day we removed BAGS of trash and weeded the tree beds out front.

    there was a car accident here months ago taking out the fence at the church and damaging the Big Belly trash cans. Since the trash can has not been replaced there is now more trash overflowing at the trash cans on block up on 12th and Pine. Please replace the trash can

    People try to use the trash cans but they are too full and never emptied on time. Not town room the design of these is majorly flawed since you have to touch the handle to open it
