  • 1158 S. 8th Street Philadelphia, PA - Passyunk Square
The abandoned building on the NW corner of 8th and Federal is now being occupied by squatters and last night bombed with graffiti. There is also litter and liquor bottles on the premises. It is a disgrade that nothing has been done with the property and an embarrassment to the neighborhood.
  • 1139 S. 8th Street Philadelphia, PA - Passyunk Square
No owners of property at 1139 S. 8th street deciding to build garage on Annin Street. I can't imagine this to be legal.
  • Angle Parking Archived
1200-1300 Shunk Street Philadelphia, PA - South Philadelphia
On Shunk St. between 12th and 13th there are signs indicating angle parking on the North side of Shunk however there is no angle parking lines and it is not enforced. Cars coming out of 2600 S. Isminger St. have difficulty because they cannot see oncoming traffic... this has caused many accidents...HELP
  • 701 Dickinson Street Philadelphia, PA - Passyunk Square
Small Dumpster at a poultry killing shop leaks animal waste onto the sidewalk and into a sewer drain on the northwest corner of 7th Street and Dickinson Street. Shop employees dump buckets full of cleaning and possible animal waste into the sewer drain regularly.
  • 1099 South Broad Street Philadelphia, PA - Schuylkill Southwest
The last film crew to occupy the parking lot on Broad and Washington this summer, left behind lumber platforms used to support porto-potty's. Large wooden boards and planks are spilling from the parking lot on to
Washington Ave between Washington and 15th St. It has been like this for over a month and is it obstructing the sidewalk.
  • Abandoned Vehicle Acknowledged
1219 Ellsworth St. Philadelphia, PA - Passyunk Square
There is a white and orange truck parked in front of 1219 Ellsworth that has not been moved for at least 6 to 9 months. The truck is on giant tires and shocks and takes up 1 and 1/2 of the usual parking spaces. It also looks like the vehicle may be leaking oil or some kind of fluid.
  • 1016-1098 S 11th St Philadelphia, PA 19147, USA - Wharton-Hawthorne-Bella Vista

In front of the condos on the West side of 11th there are *still* constantly cars parked in the bike lane.

    "Chronically blocked bike lane"

  • 1601 S. Broad Street Philadelphia, PA - Passyunk Square
This corner of Broad and Tasker is a constant mess. The property is owned by the city and I would think they would want to have someone sweep up daily. It would take 5 mins a day and make a huge difference.
  • 247 Monroe St Philadelphia, PA - Queen Village
Broken windows that may fall out soon. Other debris has fallen onto the sidewalk from this house that has been sitting empty for several years.
  • 1158 S. 8th St Philadelphia, PA - Passyunk Square
Windows have fallen out of this property. L&I has been called a dozen times. Rear wall about to fall onto sidewalk. (Federal St side)
  • Juniper Street At Snyder Avenue Philadelphia, PA - South Philadelphia
Trash and litter covers the entire Street on the Juniper St. block between Snyder and McKean. It is impossible not to step on trash while walking on the sidewalks, also there have been multiple dead rats and mice among the trash
  • 1141 East Passyunk Avenue Philadelphia, PA - Passyunk Square
Christpher's Auto Parts uses the triangle at 8th & Passyunk as a private parking lot. Cars are often double and triple parked out into the street making it dangerous, if not impossible to cross the street. The cars are often parked in so tightly around the business that a person, let alone a baby carriage, can't get between them to get onto the sidewalk. Cars patronizing this business often park illegally at the entrance to the 700 block of Ellsworth, making it impossible to turn onto that block. They often totally block the entrance to Ellsworth. I have never seen a ticket, in many years, on any of these cars. Why do Center City businesses have to obey the law but not South Philly businesses? The Parking Authority could make a fortune if it spent some time south of Washinton Avenue.
