  • 1220 Parkwood Richmond, Virginia - The Fan
There are no numbers visible here and the alleyway doesn't have a visible name, but this address should be good enough; it's the first right on Parkwood after the Harrison St. intersection, tucked behind the VCU West Cary Parking deck. Head up the little access road to the alley and look to your right.

  • 2125 Stuart Avenue Richmond, VA 23220, USA - The Fan
Near corner of Stuart and Shields on the east side of Shields there is a handicapped parking spot that was there for a resident of the house at corner of Stuart and Shields who has since moved. Can this sign be removed and the spot be freed up?

  • 300 N Stafford Ave Richmond, VA - The Fan
There's a tree on the west side of N. Stafford that is partially dead and needs to have these dead limbs removed before they damage property. There is also a large limb that was attached to the living part of the tree that was damaged in the storm and will likely soon fall.

  • 2609 W Main Street Richmond, Virginia - The Fan
I recently noticed that the City has scheduled for removal 2 trees on the 2600 block of W Main , the South side, one of the trees is leaning, but the other tree is perfectly healthy and provides shade as well as attractiveness for the block. As the owner of 2609 W Main, I would appreciate if the tree could be pruned instead of removed. Those of us on the block are working hard to upgrade the entire block by taking care of the tree wells, planting flowers in them and watering the trees. We would appreciate recognition of this effort by the City rather than destruction of what we are doing. This is a very busy restaurant block and it needs to project a beautiful image rather than a run down one simply for the PR of the city Please tell those of us what the city is doing to IMPROVE the block, other than cutting down trees.

    Stump & badly cracked sidewalk
  • 2601-2623 Kensington Avenue Richmond, Virginia - The Fan
There is a pothole at the intersection of Kensington Avenue and Robinson Street. It is a particular problem because there is no stop light at this intersection and it is difficult to see to cross it, so cars must inch into the intersection and speed across once it is safe. Tires are spinning out in the gravel of this pothole.
  • 1012-1014 W Franklin St Richmond, VA - The Fan
there are huge rats living in this abandoned building. it has been vacant for years because the owner refuses to be responsible for maintenance.
