  • 2216 Parkwood Ave Richmond, VA - The Fan
There are horrible potholes in the alley behind the 2200 block of Parkwood Ave. They were fixed sometime in June, but unfortunately they are back. They are consecutive potholes that causes cars to bounce up and down and they are very hard to avoid. There is also construction work going on in the area which doesn't help either.
  • 203 North Lombardy Street Richmond, VA - The Fan

Restaurant has 2 dumpsters, one is overflowing into the alley. Garbage bags are ripped. I am seeing rats during the day. There are also crates, and other refuse stacked up behind the dumpster in the alley including a container that was used to store fish from a local seafood supplier. There is a container on wheels which stores soiled linens that i understand is not permitted to be stored in the alley.

There are rodent bait traps but the rats are not able to resist the food.

  • South Robinson Street & Idlewood Avenue Richmond, Virginia - The Fan

When turning left from Robinson Street onto Idlewood Ave, it is very difficult to see oncoming traffic in the northeast quadrant of the intersection. The reason is a tree that is located just outside the fence that encloses Riverview Baptist Church's parking lot. This is a heavy-volume movement that I do almost every day, and have been in a couple of near-misses recently.

I would like to suggest removing or at least significantly trimming that tree. I do not know if that tree is on the City's, the church's, or the RMA's property, but it would really help out safety at this intersection. This already an ugly area so aesthetics are not a big issue.

  • 2022 West Main Street Richmond, VA 23220, USA - The Fan
Bed frame, boards, cable wire, toilet, propane tank, etc all left from owners when they sold the house. Please remove. No one lives there currently. Can move to edge of alley right of way if needed.
  • 2323 Park Avenue Richmond, Virginia - The Fan
I'm completely bewildered by the lack of street scrapping in the Fan since Winter Storm Jonas. The roads in the Fan are very dangerous right now with snow packed 6 inches deep making it very slick. Given the very high tax base in the Fan we shouldn't have to play bumper cars!

from north rowland st to north shield there are potholes in the alley that need to be repaired
  • 2601-2623 Kensington Avenue Richmond, Virginia - The Fan
There is a pothole at the intersection of Kensington Avenue and Robinson Street. It is a particular problem because there is no stop light at this intersection and it is difficult to see to cross it, so cars must inch into the intersection and speed across once it is safe. Tires are spinning out in the gravel of this pothole.
