  • 2216 Parkwood Ave Richmond, VA - The Fan
There are horrible potholes in the alley behind the 2200 block of Parkwood Ave. They were fixed sometime in June, but unfortunately they are back. They are consecutive potholes that causes cars to bounce up and down and they are very hard to avoid. There is also construction work going on in the area which doesn't help either.
  • 2323 Park Avenue Richmond, Virginia - The Fan
I'm completely bewildered by the lack of street scrapping in the Fan since Winter Storm Jonas. The roads in the Fan are very dangerous right now with snow packed 6 inches deep making it very slick. Given the very high tax base in the Fan we shouldn't have to play bumper cars!

This is on the east side, looking towards downtown. Some on the sidewalk too.
  • 7 N Boulevard Richmond, VA - The Fan
There is a massive pile of trash behind 7 N Boulevard that is so large it resembles a small landfill!

Tree Well on Plum Street needs expanding; hazardous sidewalk. Please address this sidewalk issue. If possible, assuming street tree will remain, please match tree well to style of well beside 1432 Floyd (abt 101 N Plum). Thanks!
  • South Robinson Street & Idlewood Avenue Richmond, Virginia - The Fan

When turning left from Robinson Street onto Idlewood Ave, it is very difficult to see oncoming traffic in the northeast quadrant of the intersection. The reason is a tree that is located just outside the fence that encloses Riverview Baptist Church's parking lot. This is a heavy-volume movement that I do almost every day, and have been in a couple of near-misses recently.

I would like to suggest removing or at least significantly trimming that tree. I do not know if that tree is on the City's, the church's, or the RMA's property, but it would really help out safety at this intersection. This already an ugly area so aesthetics are not a big issue.
