    The rats in the alley are getting much worse. We see them all the time. There is a woman that comes to our alley every night from Adams Morgan to feeds the cat---and the rats actually eat off the same plate as the cats! This is contributing to problem and the city needs to step in because she does not listen to the requests of the residents to stop feeding them. Rat bating and assistance with the cat woman would be great.
