The trashcan needs to empty and the area clean. On Stop # 7500 and Brandon Blvd and Kings Ave.

I do not understand why Hart send two different vans to pick my husband and I if we are going to the same place with the same pick-up time. Hart is always complaining for lack of money but the scheduling department it is not taking advantage of the resources they have the right way.

The route 46 at the Brandon Mall I did not pull up to the stop and it did not make and ADA announcement.

My morning and afternoon pick up were both outside the window. I don't want to complain about the drivers because I don't feel it is their fault. I feel it falls on the scheduling and the manifest.

Bus came earlier than what was said.

I was standing at the bus stop and the bus just flew by. It did not even slow down or look toward me as I waved for it to stop. I will be late for work since I have to wait a half hour for the next bus.

There is a bus stop that sits directly in front of my work place. The problem is the bench at the bus stop harbors homeless people, people selling and using drugs and a lot of unnecessary garbage left behind which keeps the front of our company trashy and unkept. Riders use the bus stop, but cannot use the bench. I am suggesting that the bench is removed from this stop.

I work at the Auto Zone at 1347 S 78th St. and there is a bus bench in front of the store. There are homeless people sleeping on it and others doing drugs. I am requesting that the bench be removed from in front the store.

I was seating at the bus stop and the bus passed me by, this is not the first time this has happened.

I was waiting outside at the doctors office at 1:30pm for a 3:00pm pickup, ready at 2:30pm and no one showed up. I was there until 5:30pm and someone from the office was nice enough to take me home. I should not have received a No Show I was right there waiting.

I am requesting to have a bus stop completely moved. The stop needs cleaning and homeless people hangout and sleeps there. I would like a follow up on this ongoing issue.

I have asked that this stop be removed from the front of my business due to the homeless people loitering and drinking it is causing a disturbance and is bad for business
