    This woman keeps feeding the pigeons daily. The pigeons are always around. It's disgusting and unsanitary. There is a school across the street and constant garbage in the adjacent building.

    There is an old tree stump surrounded by broken sidewalk right in front of PS 16. The sidewalk is full of cracks and weeds. The stump should be removed. But really the whole sidewalk should be replaced.

    Sandy surge muscled sidewalk up a foot for 15 feet along Grand in front if the Prep Field. "Temporary" measures were to put wooden ramps on either side with a warning painted on the sidewalk.
