    8 cars parked in bike lane at Wesley AME Zion. 14th&Corcoran NW. This is the third Sunday I have reported similar violations.

    When crossing Florida Ave. NW south down Connecticut Ave. NW at the northwest corner of the intersection (right next to Russia House) the walk signal is extremely short and the first 5-6 seconds of this signal are often taken up by cars that are continuing to drive across the intersection going southwest on Florida Ave. This is not a few drivers running a red light. It happens almost every time. The problem is that the time between the yellow/red light and the walk signal is too short. I've seen many walkers who have seen a walk signal start to walk out into the street only to be nearly mowed down by cars that are still crossing the intersection. These cars need to be given a yellow/red light at least 5 seconds earlier so that there are no more cars coming when pedestrians start to walk.

    Sidewalk at 1758 U St NW has large hole. I just saw a man in a wheelchair say he couldn't pass and his only option was to proceed in the street. I've seen people trip at night because of the hole.

    Construction on the property has been abandoned and the site is not secure. It is increasingly dangerous to drive down the adjacent alley. There is also a large pile of construction trash that has been left on the property.

    Please, please, please repaint the "Straight and Left Turn Arrow" onto the roadway in the far left lane on Calvert Street turning into Cleveland Ave. Every morning cars pull into the right lane and almost cause accidents because they think the left lane is a turn only lane. The intersection is a confusing star. Please paint a straight and left arrow to let motorists know that the left lane also goes straight. This is an issue almost everyday.

    There is a lot of broken glass in the centerlane separated bicycle lanes. There are two locations with broken glass and it's been like this for about a week. The locations are just west of 7th Street NW on Pennsylvania and just west of 6th Street NW on Pennsylvania in the cycletrack.

    8 cars parked in bike lane @ Wesley AME Zion. This happens every Sunday. Who is enforcing the law?
