One Car, One Ford truck and One camper are sitting in a drive. All three vehicles are improperly tagged as they expired in 2011!! No inspection, no tags and probably no insurance or valid registration...!!!
Vehicles are in the alleyway directly behind this business. Please access google maps etc. to assist in identifying location/make/models of abandoned vehicles.
new owner is removing ceramic tile, asbestos tile from dwelling and using as a landfill on the property. Concerned with anything seeping into our environment when it rains . Asking the inspection to review what is being disposed of and the manner of the disposal.
Refer to VA Health Dept for Non-Smoke policies in effect for City Buildings and City Ordinance insofar as distance required for smoking near a public building. Repeated request to have employees of the Library to STOP smoking at the MAIN ENTRANCE have gone unheeded. Patrons are having to walk through second hand smoke.
I have witnessed the tenants at 2814 Barton constantly dumping debris in the alley behind their garage. I and others are constantly requesting bulk pick ups for the issue. I've used CAPS in the past. I have also cleaned the mess myself several times. The last CAPS report I made for bulk pick up left the pictured small debris. Thanks for picking up the bulk! Will MPACT please issue a citation to the tenants?! I would like the issue to stop so we are not wasting our expensive resources. I would like for them to clean the remaining debris which will fit in a City Can. I'm tired of cleaning their trash. There should be consequence for repeat offenders!
roving vagrant in the neighborhood is being permitted to park his burgundy Park Avenue in the rear of this property. Vagrant has been spotted sleeping in this vehicle, under a neighbors porch and other various location within the 2800 and 2900 blocks of Barton Avenue. Vagrant is also selling crack cocaine, but that is another issue that has been reported to the police. This issue is that an untagged car is being parked in a back yard within the city limits for over 10 days.
