There is a terrible odor all through the south end of crystal city from the ecliple apartments to the airport access road. It could be coming from the water treatment plant, but it more intense than anything experienced before.

Going west on Fairfax Drive, there are nine non-functioning streetlights on the right side of the road in the three blocks from N Stuart St to N Vermont St. All nine are globe style streetlights.

This is a family, professional working area, and most of us have children or rise very early for work. What can be done about loud, thug-like males who drink and smoke and appear to party in the middle of the street very late many nights? This is a Sunday night, before a 5 am work day. What's UP with these males?

Traveling west on N Fairfax Drive, there are five non-funcitoning street lights on the right side in the same block (between N Quincy St and N Randolph St). All five are globe style streetlights.

The bike lane is fully blocked, and the driving lane partially, along Potomac Avenue across the street from the Renaissance since at least Saturday (4 days). These are vehicles parked here for an event, who have opted to park illegally for days, impacting bike and car flow. This has created unsafe conditions, and also is a poor example. Why hasn't the county enforced the law? Why didn't these vehicles and event planners follow the law? If Arlington County thinks this is the best place to park for these vehicles, why not officially close off the lane (using signage and cones) and keep the bike lane open or add temporary detours?

Driving west on Fairfax Drive, the last two streetlights on the right before N Quincy St do not function. Also, if you make a right (going north) onto N Quincy, the first streetlight is not functioning. All three are cobra style streetlights.

Shrubs obstruct the view of fast moving westbound cars when turning left at the light to Pershing.

Please check/repair the streetlights at this intersection: Fairfax Dr/10th St/N Kirkwood. Six streetlights are not working. Four are at the corners of the intersection and two are on the medians at the intersection. This intersection is unsafe and dark during evening/night hours.

The lights are out under this bridge, making it extremely dark when walking to the office before sunrise.
