    market Frankford at Spring Garden is not easily accessible. ie not handicap, wheelchair, bike, stroller, etc. friendly.

    The "no parking" anchor sign has been removed, and cars are now parking all the way to the corner. Blocking traffic, handicap ramp and view of pedestrians and traffic.
    This is a small and dangerous intersection where cross traffic on 4th does not have to stop, and there are many accidents and close calls.

    Today was another one of these fabulous opportunities to gridlock the city with some fringe event. Bikers having some sort of drive and the entire city including 676 are gridlocked for hours. I sincerely doubt that this sort of thing is worth the aggravation for the test of the population. I'm not even talking about the noise pollution. What about the overtime the - supposedly broke - city is paying the cops to regulate this circus?
    I'd rather see another fire station stay open, or a library.

    Construction Trash dumped in bike lanes, parking spaces and blocking the handicapped entrances to the Eastwick Train Station on South side of Mario Lanza Blvd just west of Crane St

    The stop sign was hit by a car a week ago and was on the ground. Now it's gone. THE OPPOSING STREET has an ALL WAY stop sign which can lead to a deadly accident. Either remove the "all way" from the opposing sign or put up a temp. stop sign where the missing one was. I have been seeing near accidents daily!

    In a city ruled by the PARKING AUTHORITY, local building owners or contractors are using the "20 minute" loading zone for storage of two pieces of mobile equipment. This creates a hardship for local residents and businesses that need the 20 minute loading zone to move goods.

    Underground pipe leaking onto street. Water freezes across bike lane. (500 block of Spring Garden Street west bound lane) (The pinpoint on the map indicates the east bound lanes but the issue is actually on the west bound lane) This pipe may feed the fire hydrant at that location.km

    Buses constantly idling in violation of anti-idling ordinance. Idling next to bike lane and park is especially harmful. Buses are both publicly owned and private tour buses.
