    There is a growing number of homeless people gathering and creating a "community" of tents, bikes, grocery carts and clotheslines underneath the overpass and it is growing each day. They defecate everywhere, collect garbage and seem to be growing each day. They access through holes in chain link fences on Callowhill Street and the Delilah's parking lot. It's become a safety and health issue for both the residents of the area and the homeless.

    Plate # TX 43928 @ 4:15AM, Tuesday January 1st, 2013. The driver had the green light but did not yield to the biker and skateboarder, instead he seemed to speed up to hit them. He hit them on with the right front end of his vehicle and did not pullover to see if they were ok. Tried to check if the two were oky and concerned that their bodies hadn't yet gone into shock, they "walked it off." Felt the need to report it anyway.

    During the mid-afternoon NJ TRANSIT buses block the bike lane on 6th st from the I-676 ramps to Race St. Forcing bicyclists into high speed traffic or on the sidewalk.

    Slots on storm drain grate are oriented along direction of travel for a bike turning from Cherry onto 8th.

    There is a long 3" bike-tire-wide, approx 4" deep Rut running for at least 5' on the east lane of 2nd street in front of the parking garage. This has been there I believe since last fall and is extremely dangerous if riding in that lane.

    The bike lane paint on Columbus between Race and Spring Garden is not consistent and has completely faded in some points. It is important for cars to realize there is a bike lane here especially with so many cars traveling at such high speeds.
