    Light at intersection of Ethan Allen Parkway and North Avenue is not working properly. With school in session the vehicles backed up on Ethan Allen Parkway was ridiculous this morning. Traffic flowing on North Avenue did not appear to be an issue. Getting off Ethan Allen Parkway took way too long.

    There is a skunk in the lower hill section/hill section. It has been spraying every night. My partner sees them in the road when he goes to work in the morning on his bike and is worried they will spray him or get hit and go off near him. Can they be relocated?

    Old Farm Road needs some attention in a couple spots, teh first and most serious of which is on the incline up from Rte 116: the asphalt is deeply rutted for a lengthy section on the right hand side. And on the other end of the road, just as the road declines to Kimball Ave, there's a VERY health pothole that could prove dangerous for auto axles if it is not fixed in short order (particularly before winter). I am not planning to use this otherwise convenient cross-over route for the duration.
