    It appears that the traffic lights at Chimney Corners and on route 2 for the on-ramps did not adjust for day light savings time. The past 2 days there have been very long backups and the arrows letting people get on to the interstate have been shorter than normal. This happened around 7-7:30 am.

    This light in front of the blue mall still stops NB and SB Dorset when no car is pulling out of the mall or trying to turn in. It also stays red on Dorset for an incredibly long time. It doesn't seem to be coordinated at all with the lights north or south of it, frequently leading to stopping at all three and/or gridlock. Gridlock in Vermont. Yeah.

    Locksmith still using the city to pick up their recycling. Have you checked with planning and zoning yet about their "apartment " because it's still an office. When was the " apartment " inspected last? The business is very successful and can afford to pay for the removal of their own waste, the city does not need to use their own resources, or should be removing ALL BUSINESS WASTE FOR FREE ALSO.
