On a weekly basis vehicles are parking and blocking access to the Riverside multi use path. Cyclists and pedestrians (people) must revert to the green belt or the bike lane (road) to pass.

Several complaints were filed on street conditions being horrible near the North Avenue Plattsburgh Avenue area specifically Plattsburgh Ave. last summer. DPW director informed taxpayers that paving process for the area had been moved to top priority and would be taking place September late fall. This did not happen and now the area is near totally a rock zone in the East bound lane of Plattsburgh Avenue leading to vehicles driving in the wrong lane creating another safety issue. About the only way to use Plattsburgh Ave. is now to take helicopter from North Ave. to corner of belt line.DPW director dropped the ball on this one once again.

The signage on the Colchester Ave bike lane is such that it allows residents to legally park in the lane at the top of the hill. The no parking needs to be moved down the hill to the point where the bike lane transitions from outside the parking to the curb. There is a section as seen in the photo where the car is legally parked according to the signs but blocks the bike lane causing bikes to have to swerve out into traffic while going up a busy steep hill. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW PARKING IN BIKE LANE!

150+ new units built across the street from a north ave bus stop. Kids, elderly, lots of folks playing frogger everyday crossing here. I've seen many close calls.

There is a crosswalk, but pedestrians never seem to have the right-of-way and there isn't an electric walk signal. This creates a very dangerous situation as you basically always have to jaywalk across the crosswalk. Please give a gap between greenlights so that pedestrians can cross and give us a signal.

I am adding my complaint that this event was allowed to happen in this neighborhood. There were over 300 people with loud cars, burnouts, smoke, loud noise and driving up and down Flynn at speeds of more than 50 mph. They were serving food and liquor with no security. thank you to BPD for shutting it down.

Due to all the potholes in the southbound lane between the 127 & the high school, combined with cars not following the actual radius of the turn, the bike lanes have completely worn away from car traffic over the winter. Please repaint ASAP, there is a lot of extra tourist bike traffic currently because of the detour, increasing the chances that somebody is going to get hurt.

The bike lane on Riverside Ave. has never been fully plowed since the first snowfall of the season.

Please clear the bike lane on Pearl Street, it is covered with dirt and sharpes, it is not usable.

High demand for bike parking on Pearl St but not a rack in sight so folks are hitching up to whatever they can find. Photos taken Saturday 2015-06-06 around 12:30 all from the same location. Given the high pedestrian volumes through here an on street bike corral is likely an ideal solution.
