Notified About

  • 1226 S 18th St Philadelphia, PA 19146, USA - Point Breeze
This building is in constant disrepair. The door way is filled with trash and the trees behind the property makes it impossible to walk on the sidewalk on Latona. The major issue is that flashing is falling off that roof and is a potential hazard to people walking below. The windows are also busted out on Latona.
  • Alter St Philadelphia, PA - Newbold neighborhood
Lots of graffiti along Alter Street on wall of the Family Dollar store and on 17th on the wall of Billows Electric.
As of 4/27/12: Billows wall has been cleaned up but the the Family Dollar Store is worse and the fire hydrant behind the store was knocked over and now it's gone.
  • 1824 Latona St Philadelphia, PA 19146, USA - Point Breeze
Property has been abandoned for a few months. Doors and window and rear are not secured.
  • 1801-1803 Latona St Philadelphia, PA 19146, USA - Point Breeze
This building is not maintained. There are people living here, but there is constantly trash filling the entrance on 18th street. The falling siding could be a hazard to passersby and cars parked on the street. Would not be surprised to find code violations. Building at NW corner of 18th and Latona.
  • 1705 Ellsworth St. Philadelphia, PA - Newbold neighborhood
Graffiti on wooden fence in front of empty lot needs to be removed.
  • 1734 Manton St Philadelphia, PA - Newbold neighborhood
overgrown lot on Manton near corner of 18th st with trash bags and debris throughout area causing health and rodent issue.
  • 1700 Block Annin Street Philadelphia, PA - Newbold neighborhood
1726 Annin Street is a vacant lot that is always getting dumped on. I believe the owner is a private investor/owner but I have no idea who it is. The lot is never cared for by the owner, it is not fenced in either. Construction debris always seems to get put on that lot and there is a renovated home next to it that may be the cause. A few other vacant lots on the block stay relatively cleaner compared to that lot. It is also a hazard that the lot is not fenced in as it gives access to the home behind it on Federal Street.

The side walk is collapsing exposing a large hole near the curb. Hazard to pedestrians, pets and vehicles.
  • 1219 S 18th St Philadelphia, PA 19146, USA - Newbold neighborhood
Owner of 1219 and 1221 s. 18th continues to block access to sidewalk and on street parking by storing construction materials and sand, both of which are not contained.
